Foam Filled Trench Shield - SAV Series
.jpg) Our SAV boxes are light enough for your rubber tired backhoe, but also durrable enough for your trackhoe. Our aluminum 3" extruded double wall panel is completely encased in a steel frame for added durrability and strength. All SAV shield panels are foam filled. These boxes will also except a set of Build A Shield panels on top to add height.

All Aluminum Build A Shield Modular Trench Shield System
.jpg) Our Build A Shield boxes are built around 2' tall extruded double wall aluminum panels that stack on top of each other into corner connectors and can be assembled by hand. You pick the length of the panels and the height of the corner connectors that best suits your needs. Build A Shield boxes can be transported broken down in a pickup and hand built topside. A machine is then used to lift the erected shield into the hole just like a static trench shield.
These shields offer more flexibility than a ridge shield. You can have a 6' high box today and an 8' box tomorrow. You can leave the bottom panels out to gain pipe clearance for laterals.
